Job summary

Classic Collision in Matthews, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to guide customers from drop-off to delivery. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and work with insurance partners to ensure a smooth claim process.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a familiarity with CCC1 estimating systems; I-CAR or ASE certification preferred. You will collaborate with technicians to identify all damages and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto collision estimating is preferred.
• CCC1 estimating system experience preferred.
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid drivers license.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact for the customer during the repair process.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners.
• Partners with insurers to manage claims and ensure customer experience.
• Keeps customers informed with repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
