Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers, including communication with insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will accurately assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and help the team meet KPIs. Compensation includes commissions and bonus opportunities as described.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and timely with relevant details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
