Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Columbia, SC to deliver accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and maintain clear communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will document customer interactions, support production goals, comply with DRP requirements, and participate in training and safety meetings. This commission-based role offers potential bonuses and a total annual compensation range of about $50,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance awareness.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in production walks and support team members as needed.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
