Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repairs for customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and communicate clearly with customers and insurance providers to support efficient service.

The role supports KPIs of the repair facility and requires collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP's is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as recommended.
