Gerber Collision & Glass in Marietta, GA is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn to diagnose and prepare vehicle repair estimates per insurance guidelines. You will work with our Estimator to ensure accurate, thorough, and profitable estimates while communicating value to customers.

You will greet customers, map damage, and coordinate with production and insurance adjusters. A high school diploma and 16 I-CAR units within 12 months are required, with 4–6 years' related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 16 I-CAR units within 12 months of employment.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers at repair drop-off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer (previous, current loss, WOW opportunities).
• Handle repair mapping and initial photos; upload photos and notes to CCC One.
• Verify estimate during teardown and finalize using Repair Planning Template.
• Communicate value to customers and update them regularly about estimates and promise dates.
