Gerber Collision & Glass in Marietta is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn the estimating process under supervision, diagnose vehicle damage accurately, and prepare profitable estimates in line with company guidelines. You will greet customers, map damage, verify estimates during teardown, coordinate with repair teams, and assist insurance adjusters and claim inspectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 16 I-CAR units within first 12 months.
• 4–6 years related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at repair drop-off and build rapport.
• Map damage and assist with estimating process.
• Verify estimates during teardown and finalize using Repair Planning Template.
• Maintain communication with customers on updates and promise dates.
• Assist insurance adjusters and claim inspectors.
