Gerber Collision & Glass in Marietta, GA is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn diagnosing and preparing accurate, profitable repair estimates with our Estimator. You will interact with customers at drop-off, map damage, and upload photos to CCC One as part of the process.

You will collaborate with the repair team, set promise dates, and update customers regularly. Growth opportunities and industry-leading training accompany a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within first 12 months.
• Preferred 4–6 years related work experience; photo-imaging software experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers at repair drop-off and build rapport.
• Maps damage with customer and identifies WOW opportunities.
• Prepare estimates and verify using Repair Planning Template.
• Upload photos and notes to CCC One with timing.
• Notify production and set up repair queue; verify estimate during teardown.
• Communicate progress to customers and schedule follow-ups.
• Assist insurance adjusters and re-inspectors as needed.
