Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn diagnosing and preparing estimates for auto repairs. You will work with an estimator to ensure accurate, profitable estimates following insurance partner and company guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 16 I-CAR units within first 12 months preferred.
• Photo-imaging software experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Greets customer at repair drop off and builds rapport.
• Maps damage with customer and WOW opportunities.
• Handles repair mapping and uploads photos/notes to CCC One.
• Notifies production that vehicle has arrived and verifies estimate.
• Finalizes estimate using Repair Planning Template.
• Collaborates with repair team to ensure accurate windshield notations and parts list.
• Sets promise date and reviews estimate with customer.
• Updates customer regularly per management standards.
• Participates in production meetings.
• Contacts customers about next-day completion and schedules.
• Assists insurance adjusters with damage reports and re-inspections.
