Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Marietta, GA, is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to meet KPIs.

You will work with OE guidelines, DRP processes, and participate in daily production walks; a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• I-CAR Training required
• DRP compliance knowledge
• Strong customer service orientation
• Clear communication with customers and teams
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in repair coordination tools

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication, and delivery
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand all required insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager
