Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn diagnosing damage and preparing repair estimates under supervision. You will communicate the value Gerber provides and help drive a high close rate with customers and insurance partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, following Repair Planning Templates, and collaborating with the repair team to finalize parts lists and timelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Good decision-making ability and sound judgment expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimator in diagnosing damage and preparing repair estimates.
• Communicate value of Gerber services to customers and insurers.
• Update estimates and photos in CCC One system.
• Support production and scheduling with accurate mappings and notes.
