Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn how to diagnose and prepare accurate repair estimates following insurance partner and company guidelines. The Apprentice will communicate value and support a high closed sales ratio while growing with a team dedicated to WOW execution.

You will work closely with our Estimator, gain hands-on experience in damaged vehicle assessment, and contribute to a supportive environment that drives career growth and success in collision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at repair drop off and build rapport.
• Maps damage and prepares initial estimates.
• Finalizes estimate using Repair Planning Template.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and production teams.
• Update customers on estimate status and promise dates.
