Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn estimating and map damage for repairs in partnership with insurance providers. You will support the estimator, communicate with customers, and help ensure accurate, timely estimates and production readiness.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork within our WOW framework, offering opportunities to advance with ongoing training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimator with damage assessment and mapping.
• Prepare estimates according to insurance partner guidelines.
• Communicate value of Gerber services to customers and build rapport.
• Update customers regularly on estimates and promise dates.
