Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide a superior customer experience while creating damage appraisals and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, guide customers through the process, and ensure compliance with insurance programs and internal standards.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System knowledge, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and updates
• Provide accurate and timely information to guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and performance metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and on the phone
• Understand insurance programs and procedures relevant to the role
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support teammates as needed
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required
