Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and aligning with the shop’s KPIs.

Candidates should have CCC1 estimating experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with I-CAR training encouraged. The team offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in estimating/repair coordination.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and communication with customers.
• Maintain KPI targets and uphold company values.
