Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repair needs for customers and insurers. The role requires knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System and OE guidelines, plus strong communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of estimating experience, and a valid driver's license. Training in I-CAR and DRP compliance is a plus. Join a team with a long-standing industry reputation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in estimation or related role.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Awareness of where to find answers and resources.
• Familiarity with DRP compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate vehicle damage estimates and documentation.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Ensure timely, compliant customer service throughout the repair process.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
