Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repairs. You will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are also expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Experience with DRP processes and insurance coordination is expected.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and quick access to information.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions efficiently.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurers.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and internal procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance through accurate data and communication.
