Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document estimates, communicate detailed repair plans, and ensure alignment with the shop’s KPIs.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System knowledge, OE guideline familiarity, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System is a requirement.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information and updates throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and attend safety meetings.
