Qualifications

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, work orders, parts lists, and windshield tags.
