Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the Repair Facility Team administratively.

You will schedule repairs, manage insurance communications, and coordinate rental details using CCC One and ARMS. Prioritizing accuracy, multi-tasking, and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body environment with customer service exposure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS daily to align with CCC One entries.
