Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage relationships with customers and insurers. You will handle administrative support for the Repair Facility Team and schedule vehicle repairs with CCC One and ARMS systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of admin experience, preferably in auto body or similar environments. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Experience in auto body or related environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurers.
• Support repair facility team with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using scheduling tools.
• Prepare repair orders with relevant QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record communications with customers and insurance partners in CCC One.
