Gerber Collision & Glass in Kenner, LA seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. You will manage customer interactions, insurance communications and repair workflow.

You will schedule repairs, retrieve authorizations, and maintain documentation in CCC One and ARMS, while ensuring smooth rental coordination and post-repair updates. A fast-paced environment rewards accuracy and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred experience in auto body or related customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental info and update CCC One with usage data.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
