Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the collision center, delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting policy standards. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality, and performance across the team.

In this role you’ll forecast sales and expenses, review performance, and ensure CSI targets are met. You’ll partner with senior leadership to align operations with company goals and maintain high professional

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to motivate others through coaching and management.

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW plan execution across the store.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Ensure staff wear safety gear and dress code.
