Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to supervise the collision center operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead daily activities, coach the team, and ensure policy compliance while meeting KPI targets and insurance metrics.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget management, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan to ensure operational excellence.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Coach staff to improve performance and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, facility standards and equipment readiness.
• Lead monthly management and safety meetings.
