Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Collision Center and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, uphold high standards, and ensure operations align with policies to drive KPI and insurance metrics.

Primarily responsible for leading by example, managing budgets, staffing, safety, and production schedules while maintaining top-tier professionalism and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Manage payables/receivables for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Oversee staff safety gear and dress code compliance.
• Lead daily production meetings and coordinate throughput and delivery dates.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and leadership trainings.
