Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's daily operations, uphold top customer service, and drive KPI performance. You will coach staff, manage the budget, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a safe, efficient repair facility.

The role requires proven leadership in collision repair, strong operational oversight, and the ability to deliver performance reviews and training.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Experience coaching staff and conducting performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the collision center and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and shop equipment maintenance.
• Conduct monthly health, safety, and managers meetings and provide training as needed.
