Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our collision center. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across teams.

Responsibilities include planning daily operations, monitoring metrics, and aligning team efforts to exceed customer expectations while maintaining high professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW operating plan is executed consistently.
• Manage annual and monthly collision center budgets.
• Forecast and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly reviews.
• Oversee A/P and A/R related to the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead staff training and enforce safety/dress code.
• Open/close facility daily and run daily production meetings.
• Control labor mix and store capacity; lead repair teams.
• Attend health & safety meetings and senior leadership sessions.
