The position emphasizes recruiting and retaining top talent, analyzing monthly financials, and aligning with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines to deliver exceptional repair services nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the collision center, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.
• Monitor and review financial performance metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
• Recruit, develop, and retain skilled teammates and monitor risk management.
