Job summary

Caliber Collision leads an immediate opportunity for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s overall operation, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. This role also recruits, recognizes, and retains top teammates, monitors financial performance, and reviews prior month metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

You will ensure our center teammates repair vehicles safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with Caliber's SOPs, insurer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics
• Review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends; ensure safe, thorough, profitable repairs per SOPs and insurer standards
