Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management and administration
• Develop teammates and monitor financial performance metrics
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs and safety/quality standards
