Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

The role includes recruiting, recognizing, and retaining top talent, and monitoring financial performance while reviewing previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the collision center.
• Manage risk, teammate development, and client metrics.
• Oversee production and administration within the center.
