Caliber Collision has an immediate opportunity for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

This role also focuses on recruiting and retaining top talent, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with Caliber SOPs and insurer guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
