Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center’s operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talent; monitor financial performance and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.
