Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

The role involves recruiting and retaining top talent, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall operation of the collision center.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and review prior month’s metrics.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
• Ensure safety and quality in vehicle repairs per SOP and industry standards.
• Manage risk, production, and administration.
