Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This leadership role will recruit and retain top talent, monitor financial performance, and review monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends for the center.

You will ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber SOPs, insurer partner guidelines, and industry

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Oversee the center’s overall operation, production, and risk management.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates while maintaining performance metrics.
