Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, production, and risk management, while guiding teammate development and client metrics. This role also recruits, recognizes and retains talent and reviews financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

The General Manager ensures repairs meet SOPs and industry guidelines, while maintaining safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operations and production.
• Manage risk, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented teammates.
• Monitor financial performance and review monthly metrics.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs.
