Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager to run the center operations, including risk management, teammate development, customer metrics, production and administration. The role involves recruiting and retaining talent, tracking and analyzing financial metrics, and driving profitable, safe, and thorough vehicle repairs in line with Caliber SOPs and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the center, advance performance, and uphold Caliber’s commitment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain qualified teammates; monitor financial performance and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.
