Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Collision General Manager to oversee all center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

You will recruit and retain talent, monitor financial performance, and ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and insurer guidelines. This role offers growth within a nationwide automotive services leader.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1 and repair processes.
• Ability to understand instructions (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics and review previous month’s metrics.
• Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with SOPs and insurer guidelines.
