Gerber Collision & Glass in San Antonio, TX seeks a General Manager to lead the Collision Center’s daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach team members, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 2+ years in a leadership position within collision repair, 2+ years CCC1/Mitchell Estimating experience, and 4+ years in customer service. Strong communication and people-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership position within a collision repair environment or similar role.
• 2+ years CCC1/Mitchell Estimating experience required.
• 4+ years in customer service excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Collision Center.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve KPI targets and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecast sales, and monitor expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and safety meetings; ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient repair facility and equipment.
