Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Brownwood, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of the collision center. The role requires a proven leadership background in collision repair and hands-on experience with CCC1/Mitchell Estimating, as well as delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage budgets, drive sales performance, coach staff, ensure safety, and maintain high quality standards across the shop while aligning with company policies.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
