Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center, delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing day-to-day operations in line with policies. You will coach the team, drive KPI performance, and ensure safety and quality across all processes.

The role requires proven leadership in collision repair, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and staffing to optimize profits and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Collision Center to meet KPI targets.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable related to the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair facility.
• Provide staff training and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead meetings with staff and management teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and quality standards.
