Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, a leader in collision and glass services, is seeking a General Manager to lead the store’s daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive performance, coach team members, and maintain high professional standards while aligning with company policies and safety protocols.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, strong communication, budget responsibility, and a commitment to WOW—our operating standard.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and customer experience at the collision center.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility; ensure safety and dress code compliance.
