Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center, drive exceptional customer experience, and manage daily operations in Missouri. You will coach teams, uphold high service standards, and ensure KPI targets and insurance metrics are met.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to policies, and ongoing development of staff while maintaining a top-quality service environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff as necessary.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and training sessions.
