Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the collision center to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable related to the center.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized repair facility and ensure staff safety.
