Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a General Manager to oversee the collision center's day-to-day operations and customer experience. You will coach the team, manage budgets, and drive KPI targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and guide staff through performance reviews and training to ensure a superior customer journey across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and staff trainings.
• Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.
