Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, drive exceptional customer experiences, and ensure daily operations align with policy and KPI targets. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and uphold high safety and quality standards across all processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and consistent performance reviews to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Aufgaben

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Conduct health and safety and staff meetings; attend leadership meetings.
