Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee day-to-day operations in line with company policies. You will coach staff, manage safety, and ensure outstanding service across all touchpoints.

The role emphasizes leading by example, achieving KPI targets, and delivering a superior client experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW Operating Way (WOW) plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual reviews and monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Oversee safety gear use and dress code; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage labor mix and capacity; supervise repair facility personnel.
