Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center’s daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will plan budgets, forecast sales, and drive KPI and insurance metrics while coaching a team to maintain high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, safety, and coordinating performance reviews, with a focus on WOW operating standards and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in collision repair environment or similar.
• Ability to coach and empower team members to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center and maintain records.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel and daily operations.
• Ensure safety, staffing and shop standards while coordinating production meetings.
