Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensuring exceptional customer experience and day-to-day operations. You will coach team members, align activities with policies, and drive KPI targets and insurance metrics.

Your role focuses on maintaining high professionalism, managing budgets, and guiding staff to deliver top-tier service across all touchpoints, while leading by example at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to motivate others and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Open and close the facility daily and coordinate daily production meetings.
