Gerber Collision & Glass – Brownwood, TX is seeking a General Manager for an in-person role, Monday through Friday, with 2+ years of leadership and collision estimating experience.

A strong customer service track record is required to guide the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy collision center.The role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, coaching staff, and achieving KPIs and insurance metrics while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience required.
• 2+ years CCC1 / Mitchell Collision Estimating experience required.
• 4+ years of customer service excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Open and close the facility daily according to established procedures.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and training sessions.
