Gerber Collision & Glass in Brownwood, TX seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center, drive daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and align operations with policy and KPI targets to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires leadership in a high-volume repair environment, strong communication, and a focus on safety and process improvement, with on-site responsibilities Monday through Friday.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Execute WOW plan and lead daily operations.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable for the collision center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Oversee staff training and enforce safety/dress code.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and safety sessions.
